Michelle Taylor

Picture
Michelle Taylor is a local artist who has lived in Newnan, Georgia for over 30 years.

Michelle is a Graduate of the Denver Institute of Technology with a degree in Graphic Arts and Design and from a very young age has always turned to art as one of her passions.  After working in the corporate world for several years, Michelle went in to education, homeschooling and getting to teach young students from K-12 the love she had for the world of Art, inspiring these young students to love it as well.

Michelle is now an Independent Artist.  She loves all  mediums from color pencils, watercolor and acrylics.  Her acrylics are a modern impressionistic style using broad brushstrokes and bold colors, the subjects she paints pays tribute to her life-long love of the outdoors and nature.  She invites the viewer to step back and view her acyrlic artwork from a distance to truly appreciate the effect of visual blending and mixing of colors the eye naturally creates in her work.
