Aloha!  Laurie was born and raised in Hawaii.  She loves to paint; she loves the vibrant colors that are Hawaii; and she has the most fun painting outdoors!  Seeing the beauty of nature and capturing its light and colors, excites and brings her JOY.  Laurie's goal is that viewers of her art take a pause in their busy day and, in that moment, REFLECT and be INSPIRED by what they see and feel, in some way or another.

After a successful 32 years of owning a retail store and raising 5 kids in Hawaii,  Laurie and her husband spent several years traveling full time in a RV across this beautiful nation.  They found Georgia was "the" place (of all the many places) to be!!  They love Georgia, the people, and all the trees!!  They still have a home on Oahu, Hawaii, which they also love and spend time at.
