Martin Pate & Yana Pindorvan at PTC Library thru Nov. 1

Two exceptional artists from the Newnan-Coweta Art Association will be on exhibit at the PTC Library thru November 1, 2022. The exhibit includes the paintings of Martin Pate, and the multimedia works of Yana Pindorvan. Martin Pate was born in South Carolina. He graduated from Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida in 1981. He has worked as a professional artist since then. Cornelia Craine on exhibit at PTC Library thru August 2022

Cornelia Craine gathers inspiration and subject matter from her local surroundings, as well as, her extensive travels.  She has a great passion for the sea, the countryside and gardens.  Her paintings are created on a synthetic surface called YUPO.  This is a tree free paper originally used in the printing industry. Geinene Carson Now on Exhibit at PTC Library

Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Geinene’s foundation in visual art originated from a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting and Sculpture earned from William Carey University in Mississippi. Her artwork has varied over the course of her career with a current focus on neuron-centric subject matter and creative advocacy connecting with communities in the realms of rare disease, neuroscience, and mental health. Alicia Rainwater at the PTC Library

Alicia Gazaway Rainwater will be exhibiting her work at the Peachtree City Library until February 28th, 2022. Alicia began painting at fourteen years old following in her mother’s footsteps. As a teenager and early adult, she studied oil painting and acrylic under Atlanta renowned artist, Joe Segars. While in college at Clayton State University, Alicia studied art under Art Professor, Tommy Doughtery. Later she became interested in watercolor and acrylics and changed mediums.
